We’re excited to announce the release of OpenSign v2.3.0! This latest version comes with a range of improvements designed to make the platform more user-friendly and secure than ever before.
In this version we have introduced the following features:
1. Rotating pages within the document
Want to change the orientation of a page in your document? The latest feature for rotating PDF pages allows you to easily adjust the layout of any page in your document to make sure everything looks before sending a signature request.
2. Customizable Font and Color Options
Make your documents stand out with a touch like never before using OpenSign version v2.3.0, which introduces a range of font and color customization options for Date, Dropdown, Checkbox and Radio button widgets. Tailor these elements to match your brand style or suit the document's purpose, creating a more professional and cohesive look.
3. Autosave while creating the document
Never lose your work again with the OpenSign feature that saves your drafts and templates automatically as you work on them, allowing you to concentrate on creating your documents without the need for saving. Rest assured that your progress is always safe and sound.
4. Download button for expired documents
Even when a document is expired, you may still need to keep it in your files. With this addition, a download button has been made available on expired documents that allows for downloading the documents.
5. API Sandbox Token Creation
Good news for developers! You can now create sandbox API token for testing, making it easier to test and integrate OpenSign into your applications even on our free plan. Experiment in a safe environment without impacting your live data or production systems and even before you buy a paid version.
6. Public Profile Management Guide Video
A help concerning the setup of the public templates and management of your public profile has been added as a video on your profile page. This video will take you carefully through each aspect of setting up your public profiles and sharing templates publicly.
7. Insights on Document Decline
This highly requested UX improvement now allows all signers attempting to sign a previously declined document to view the details of who declined it and the reason provided. This feature helps eliminate confusion, ensuring signers understand why they are unable to proceed with signing.
We do hope that these new features and changes will improve your experience with OpenSign, thank you for your feedback which allows us to further develop the platform.
