OpenSign v1.8.0 introduces new features including Quick send feature, Document completion enhancement and SSO login

We are thrilled to report that OpenSign version 1.8.0 has just been launched. It comes with a suite of new features, enhancements and various other things too numerous to list. We'll instead try to give you a quick rundown of significant new parts of the package.

1) Bulk send(quick send)

From our point of view, one of this release's most notable new features is the Quick Send. This feature makes the document handling procedure greatly streamlined, which enables users to create and send multiple documents based on a single template simultaneously. This feature makes the document creation procedure faster and more effective for users who commonly need to deliver many documents. Whether handling agreements, contracts or any other kind of document, the Quick Send function will help you save important time.

2) Enhancements in document completion

We've enhanced the post-document completion user experience by introducing buttons that do new things in the document completion pop-up.

  • Certificate button: Generates and downloads a certificate of completion for any document right from the Document signed pop-up.

  • Print button: Renders the completed document and prints it. This is a far faster way to obtain a hard copy than printing from an arbitrary web page.

  • Download button: Allows you to download a completed document for offline use and storage.

These additions aim to provide a seamless experience from the moment a document is completed, giving you immediate access to essential actions without navigating through multiple screens.

3) SSO login

The most crucial factors in document management are security and convenience. With this in mind, we have rolled out SAML based Single Sign-On (SSO) login which is currently available under our Enterprise Plan. Enhanced SSO ensures an even slicker and crucially, a more secure login experience. Users can now access their accounts with far less hassle and best of all, the enhanced SSO cuts down significantly on something that almost every user has run into at some point: lost passwords. Administrators can now control requirements like password complexity and multi-factor authentication (MFA). Administrators can also more quickly relinquish login privileges across the board when a user leaves the organization.

One of OpenSign's most important advances in version 1.8.0 is that it brings us much closer to fulfilling our vision of a "powerful, simple-to-use document management system." New features in version 1.8.0 include Quick Send, which expedites the process of sending documents out for signature;  enhanced document completion options; and the ability to log in to OpenSign (if you're using it with your organization) using the single sign-on (SSO).

Sign-up to OpenSign today and enjoy these new features!
